Shake well before use. Rather like Alice in Wonderland drink the potion that says Alseep before going to bed and the Awake potion when you open your eyes in the morning. Can be diluted or followed with water if preferred. Don't accidentally take Awake by accident before you go to sleep, it will keep you up!! We recommend no more than one dose of Asleep Potion (25 ml) every 24 hours. You can also buy 5 for the price of four for periods like the Christmas Party season.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Is an amino acid and powerful anti oxidant that neutralises toxic alcohol byproducts (acetaldehyde) and protect cells against the damaging effects of alcohol by acting like an antidote to provide at least partial protection against the short-term (hangover) effects. Milk thistle extract helps detoxify liver and kidneys. Electrolytes help rehydrate the body and replace lost minerals, minimising hangover symptoms such as headaches & general sluggishness. Ginkgo Biloba improves mood and alertness, it stimulates brain function & boosts memory. It has also been used to relieve tension and anxiety & to restore energy. Green Tea is a powerful antioxidant which has been known to protect the liver against excessive alcohol consumption. Guarana can help mental fatigue, act as a minor painkiller and can help settle the stomach. It's high caffeine content means it may keep you awake. Ginseng, an adaptogenic herb, is known to increase energy, has some anti-fatigue components, supposedly relieves stress & increases memory. B Vitamins help convert food to energy & are essential for the regulation & correct functioning of the entire nervous system including brain function. Vitamin C is an excellent antioxidant, to help minimise tissue damage & hangover discomfort. Alcohol also depresses the immune system, so vitamin C can help ward off the cold or flu after drinking. Honey (Fructose) has been proven to stimulate the elimination of alcohol from the bloodstream 5HTP (5hydroxytryptophane) helps raise low or depleted serotonin levels (due to recreational drugs for example). Serotonin regulates mood, sleep, pain, digestion and cognition. Taken before going to bed it can improve sleep and relaxation (ease of falling asleep, length and quality of sleep). I have used these potions several times and they are brilliant. My hangover has been so much better than it should have felt when I have taken them during and after a party - It makes me feel good to replenish some goodness into my body while still having so much fun! They are now an essential part of my party pack and they make a great present too, really great and such a brilliant idea!

I am working really hard at the moment and playing really hard too! I take an asleep potion before i sleep at night and an awake potion in the mornings - i feel more energetic and my skin looks clearer and my eyes less puffy and tired.. a real life-saver!!

I purchased these the other day due to a friends recommendation, and took them with me to Glastonbury. Was a bit dubious as have never found any remedies that have made a different, but this one worked a treat and kept my hangovers and exhaustion at bay - where I would normally be exhausted I woke up with more energy and without the intoxicated feeling I usually have after a night of boozing. Added bonus was that they both taste nice, unlike so many vitamin pills and drinks. Will def be a staple part of my future packing for all adventures!

I have been using these potions for a while now as I was introduced to them by a friend. They are absolutely GENIUS and all natural. For the busy lives we lead today, if you don't want to fill your tired moments with a quick expresso then 'Awake' is the perfect natural alternative and to rest easy and know that the following day you will have supplemented any lack of minerals or vitamins take 'Asleep'. You wake up feeling refreshed and ready to headstrong into the following day. I highly highly recommend Fausts potions. Go on give them a go!

I tested this product after purposely spending a ridiculously heavy night out. To my great delight and all doubts aside it did make me feel fresher and fitter - a way to indulge with style :) definitely a must have.
