  I have used this for years because it works and I am difficult to please. One of the best Borghese products. It makes you feel incredibly clean and your skin looks so fresh afterwards. It does not dry your skin out like a lot of mud masks do, it leaves it soft and smooth. The good thing is, it doesn't smell like a pile of old seaweed, nor is it highly fragranced. Also, I find it eases a tired body with muscle aches. As far as rating mud goes, this gets full marks.

Apply a thick-ish layer all over face and body (avoiding eyes and mouth - obviously). Leave for five to ten minutes before rinsing thoroughly with a sponge or wash cloth. If you ever need to dress up as a soldier in combat, this is your star turn!
