These are great
I take one of these every day and while I don't feel an instant calming effect (like when I take a sublingual dropper), overall I feel more balanced, less anxious and am sleeping better. They are also really helping to reduce my alcohol cravings. I won't be without these now.

Love to have CBD in a capsule instead of a dropper. I use it on anxious days and I find it too help make my anxiety more manageable!
