Pleasant
I don't think these teas are any better than Pukka or other sleep teas. They're a balanced scent and taste. To confess, I bought them because I liked the colour of the tea caddy :D

Tasted and smelt much nicer than I had anticipated and did really help to relieve tensions. Couldn't fault it really. A very pleasant and effective tea.
