Great product
I first was introduced to ear seeds by my acupuncturist and I love the idea that I can use these on myself at home (though it’s not always easy to get them in the right position if you don’t have someone to help you!) they have pretty good staying power and look cool too - I wear a lot of gold jewellery so these tie in nicely whilst being subtle.Â

After my acupuncturist used similar on me which I found to be really effective, I found them for sale on cult and thought I would get them to use at home. Helps for me to keep calm and looks lovely too!
