5I don't even know where to begin, this serum is just incredible and there are so many things I love about it. Let's start with the most exciting part to me, it uses TFC8 in a serum which is amazing because I like to use my key ingredients in a serum formula. I find that they tend to work harder than creams because of how easily they sink in. The texture is an absolute dream, silky, light, and instantly absorbed which is super impressive without silicones. So pleased that they included actives like Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid (amongst other great ones) so that it can be the only serum you need, for a quick and well-rounded routine in a few drops. Also, love that it is fragrance-free!

It’s a mystery!
5Let me start this review with the fact that I never write reviews. However this little bottle of magic is just that, magic! So I felt compelled to write one. I have absolutely no idea how it works but work it really does. Yes it’s an eye wateringly expensive investment but whatever alchemy behind the formula is has made the biggest difference to my super sensitive, often troubled, late 40’s skin. I have tried SO many different skincare products over the years that have often been a waste of money and under performed. I’ve been using this serum for about 8 weeks now and I can honestly say my skin feels the happiest, calmest, strongest and glowiest that it has in a long time. To begin with I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything, it doesn’t have bells and whistles or leave your skin with a superficial film of product, it just quietly and steadily brings skin back to its optimum loveliness! Helping to restore and protect the skins barrier function is one of the reasons why you see such amazing results with continued use. Add to all these benefits the fact that the serum is unfragranced (hallelujah! Who wants perfume on their face anyway?! Fragrance in facial skincare is my biggest pet peeve!) it has become my favourite part of my skincare routine which as a result of using this has been paired right down. The only negative? Yes the price. But we deserve it right?

Can’t live without!!!
5I have been using this for a month now and cannot ever use another serum again. It has plumped out my skin, made it soft, evened out my skin tone and has given a healthy glow. I don’t get any breakouts and my bottle is still quite full even with using 5 drops every night. It has even done wonders for the eczema patch on my hand! I cannot praise this enough and cannot wait for more things from VBB. From spice girl to skin saviour.

5I love Augustinus Bader products, they agree with my skin so well and help keep a lot of my acne and scarring at bay. I have oily/combo skin and acne around my jawline and round the sides of my cheeks. I was supposed to go on treatment but due to Covid the dermatology departments were closed. This along with some other products have helped keep my acne flare ups less aggressive. My skin texture on my forehead and high cheeks (where I have little to no acne) has become so much smoother and firmer! I have been using this for 2 months, every day usually in the morning and only use around 6/7 drops each time so a little goes a long way! I also use ‘The Cream’ from Augustinus Bader.
