Not worth it at all
This may smell ok but it is wayyy overpriced as it does absolutely nothing. It did not help me feel calm, nor did it help me sleep. I gave it multiple chances, applied it as indicated but it just did not work. And as if paying £60 for an okay smelling oil was not bad enough, after 6 months of it being opened, it developed some hair-like stuff inside, looking suspiciously like mould which I didn’t even think could happen as it is an oil and it is supposed to last for 12 months. I would absolutely not buy again.

It helps me sleep
I've been struggling to sleep through a hot summer, and hot flushes, but rubbing some of this on my heels and pulse points every night has stopped me waking up most nights, and when I do, I seem to fall back to sleep easily instead of lying awake for hours staring at the ceiling. It even helped my son who has always struggled to go to sleep to fall asleep more quickly. I highly recommend it and have already purchased a second bottle. It costs a lot, but if you value actually feeling relaxed and sleeping well, it really is worth it.

Natural Valium
It was love at first sniff. I defy anyone not to feel elated, grounded, supported and calm.
