Untrue colour tones
3Although this foundation feels lovely on the skin, almost weightless, the colour tones are very untrue. I purchased ‘Warm Nude’ after completing Cult Beauty’s colour match test. Based on the neutral/golden undertone description, it should have been perfect! However, it has a very pink undertone. I did a swatch test alongside my old Coverage Foundation in 2.0 YG by The Ordinary and Born This Way looked very pink in comparison. I’m quite disappointed because I can’t return the product and it’s now a waste of £29.00. I’m not going to slander the product by giving it an awful starred rating, as the formula is great. I just wish companies would stop claiming that their products are for yellow/golden tones when they aren’t. Laura Mercier does this a lot, too, and it makes the process of buying a foundation very difficult.

Very movable
2Firstly, the colour matches me perfectly. However, the foundation moves, if I wiped my face it would come off and if you have prominent smile lines this foundation highlights that. I’m not sure if it’s just my skin or how I apply it (with a beauty blender) but I much prefer my £8 maybelline foundation that doesnt move at all

Gorgeous dewy foundation
4I love this foundation, you get great coverage that looks dewy without being greasy, and it doesn’t dry out my skin. The only thing I’ve found difficult is getting the shade right ordering online, as there’s so many.

5Lovely buildable coverage. Not cakey at all. Looks like skin if applied sensibly and great satin finish. Not completely matte which I love. I’d buy again in a heart beat

Great foundation
5I've been using this for a couple years and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It's very buildable and feels super lightweight on the skin. I like to mix it with my BB cream for some extra moisture and it leaves my skin looking dewy and even. Just make sure to blend it properly!

Skin or Foundation?
5That's how great this product is! One of the very best on the market, especially for combination/oily skins. The coverage is great with a medium to full cover, so layering is key. Even a full coverage look still looks skin-like and never cakey for me personally. A huge favourite, never lets me down!!

Great coverage
5Perfect foundation, good coverage but doesnt feel heavy. Goes on silky smooth and blends so well with a blender. Really like this foundation on my skin!

5Love everything about this. Great coverage on my acne prone skin and doesn’t break me out. Nice range of shades. Formula sits nicely on the skin, glowy without being greasy. I’ll never go back!!
