Helping to ease any tension, the 30cm roller boasts five different settings to change the intensity, enabled by Bluetooth for quick and convenient switching between different modes via app on your phone. With specially designed wave grooves across high-density PU foam, this promises maximum traction as well as a smooth, quiet roll – whether you’re rolling your hip, thighs or lower back. Marrying the therapeutic benefits of foam rolling with vibration therapy for a tailored experience, this high quality roller withstands constant use, while the tailored intensities help to ease tightness, improve flexibility and maximise muscle recovery.
1. To turn on the Wave Roller, firmly press and hold the power button for one-two seconds.
2. Wave Roller will start on the lowest of five settings. To increase speed, short press the plus button until the desired speed is active.
3. Place the device under the treatment area gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
4. To turn off the Wave Roller, firmly press and hold the power button until the device turns off.
Battery and Charging
1. After turning off the device, plug the power adapter into the charging port.
2. The LED light on the power button will flash until fully charged.
3. Charging is complete when the LED light on the power button is solid green.4. Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power button when the device is on. To view battery level when the device is off, briefly press the power button and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the battery level.

Aches away!
I'm quite an active person so i'm always looking for anything to help with my recovery. I've been using roam rollers for years and I love the extra kick the wave roller gives with its vibration settings. A great way to really dig deep into any aches or pains, especially when flying solo.

Keep rollin, rollin...(i'm sorry i had to)
For the rolling obsessed - this thing packs a punch. Incredible for targeting specific areas such as calves, thighs, glutes. 5 intensity settings and boy does #5 hit you good and proper - firm but soft due to the PU foam. A magnificent piece of equipment for someone who needs that additional warm up and cool down of the muscles. It also connects to your phone which is very fancy and makes it a breeze to adjust whilst you work on that all important muscle recovery. My husband will continue to see me rollin'...around the living room whilst I try to get my back, knee and anything else nibble and ready to exercise. Continued use will improve my precious flexibility and easing my tight muscles which i'm very much here for.
