1. To turn on the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button for two seconds on the button pad.
2. Press the up (^) and down (v) arrows to toggle between five preset speeds and adjust your treatment level.
3. To turn off the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button on the button pad.
Connecting the Attachments: Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.

Brilliant
I absolutely love my Theragun and couldn’t live without it now that I have one. It’s brilliant after exercise to help me from feeling too achy, but I also love to use it after a long day of sitting down and being inactive. The different attachments are great too depending on how you want to use it.

Great quality massage gun
Really gets to the spots in my back when you don't have time to get a massage. Comes with lots of different attachments which are useful. My only gripe is even the low setting is quite powerful!

Very effective!
As an avid gamer and workout junkie, this device has been a life saver! It has helped relieve my neck and back muscles significantly after sitting all day on a computer working and all night gaming. Then has kept my legs and glutes from aching after a workout. At first glance, the tool looks heavy which is what put me off, however it is actually incredibly lightweight! It's easy to use and the triangle handle helps you manoeuvre the took and get to certain spots. This device really gives the best muscle relief and is very therapeutic within just minutes of use.

Miracle worker!
I came off two months of no physical activity due to travelling so my first session back on the mat produced some extremely sore muscles. Lucky for me, I had the Theragun to ease me through those doms and get me back on the mat the very next day. It's an intense yet pleasurable kind of pain- the type you know is good for you! I have also started using it intermittently just to relieve any build up of tension and knots from sitting at a desk 9+ hours a day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to soothe muscle tension, speed up recovery and just relax!

Try a cheap one first
Unfortunately we now live in an age where you cannot try things in a shop. Having read all the wonderful reviews including how this device cured years worth of pain in one sitting, I was sold! For me this was a complete waste of money. It slightly knocks the edge off the pain, but has come no where close to getting rid of it. I have another massager I brought 5 years ago for £40 from a popular massage device brand and whilst that has a 10mm amplitude and Theragun has a 16mm amplitude, there is little difference in the result for me between the devices. I regret not having brought / tried a unbranded much cheaper version, after all, all these devices pretty much do the same thing.

Life-changing
I have been following Theragun ever since I came across a mesmerizing video of the device in action and was over the moon when we took them on board at Cult! I usually go for a deep tissue massage once or twice a month, because no matter the amount of stretching, magnesium, and yoga my muscles just want to be *tense* which is not exactly comfortable. And with the lockdown, I managed to justify to myself that this was the next best option! And it was actually even better?! (Don't let my masseuse see this!) I use it every single morning and evening, and whenever I need it, to instantly relieve any tension. It is also an absolute game-changer if you spend a lot of time at a desk or on your phone to help relax "tech" neck and shoulders.

Love at first 'that's the spot'
I am not going to lie, I have been considering one of these bad boys ever since they launched and as someone who loves a great deep intense massage and to exercise (some may call it a little excessively), this seemed like my tight muscles' new best friend. Now let me tell you after only getting this 48 hours ago it has quickly become not only mine but my flatmate's new favourite device already needing to charge it twice. Getting right deep into those big muscles on your leg and of course my favourite tight calves this is honestly unreal. Me and my housemate have agreed there is nothing in this world that brings us more happiness or content than this wondrous device, honest kind of mad at myself for waiting so long to take the plunge, Theragun Prime may you never leave my side
