Best ingredients!
5So obsessed with this product, I can't recommend it enough. I love the mix of ingredients this product has as well as I would normally have to take 2 or 3 supplements to get the mix of vitamin D/B and Ashwagandha together. I feel like I get everything I need to help balance stress and anxiety from this- good job the nue co :)

Very Impressed!
5I am a 53 year old menopausal woman with a young family, stressful job and ageing parents and I have been on anti-depressants for 27 years. I want to avoid HRT but have been struggling with exhaustion, hot flushes, low self-esteem and PMT-like moods. I thought I would try these and was not sure if they were working but gradually felt better all round, had more of a spring in my step, was less tired and not as snappy. I now know for sure these were helping as I ran out and have not them for a couple of weeks and boy have I felt so much worse again plus I have been eating so much stodge and sweet foods. So I am re-ordering today! Would highly recommend it, hope these help you too. xx

Great Stuff
5I am on my second bottle and would repurchase. I am perimenopausal and had been having mood dips and feelings of crushing sadness. I tried this and I tried Anatome Menosupport + Renewal. This works better for me. I will be repurchasing Mood. I have also noticed fewer hot flashes, but I am not sure if these are related to taking these or other lifestyle elements, I am at the beginning of my journey and still working things out as I go along.

Great mood booster!
5This product is a must have with everything that is going on in the world. After having taken it for a month, I feel so much more balanced and I can cope better with stressful situations. My mood just generally feels lifted! I also love the fact it has 100% of your daily Vitamin D because I'm spending a lot more time indoors. Would highly recommend and will 100% be repurchasing!

No effects
1I’m so sad to have to write this review. I had such high hopes for these supplements. Sadly, they did nothing for me. At all. The 2 weeks before my period are horrendous every month, and I wanted to have these on hand for exactly those times. I was hoping for at least some placebo effect. They really didn’t help with my mood not even a tiny bit. However, I need to add a disclaimer - I’m in a pretty bad mental state. If someone healthy and balanced is taking these, maybe it’s easier to see an uplift? For me, it would need a crane to lift me up. At least the thought of not having to pay £30 is uplifting

Great results
5I use this along with the Metabolism as the descriptions of each resonated with me. In the middle of covid, I'm a career for an older parent, working and trying to maintain other goals. My sugar cravings have gone through the roof and I spend so much time at the vending machine vacumming up anything, stuff I don't even like. I have taken this and the Metabolism as directed and my cravings stopped promptly, I'm just eating my good quality meals now with no crazy snacking. For me, the combination has been awesome and will continue to purchase.
