Super easy way to ensure I reach my RDA of all essential vitamins, since taking I definitely feel like my mood has stabilised, particularly at hormonal times of the month. It's also only one small capsule to take a day so super easy.

Easy and effective
Love how easy this product is to take and how quickly you really begin to feel the benefits! I struggle with anxious thoughts and can get quite moody from them, but this has really helped keep me balanced. Also, love the bottle, it makes my bathroom look so cute!

Great Supplement
I have been taking Mood for a couple of months now and have really noticed a difference, it helps to level out my mood and ease any hormonal mood changes. I love the blend of Essential vitamins and how easy it is to take my RDA of Vitamin D!
