Loved these at a time in my life where I was recovering from extreme stress and anxiety. Not a silver bullet, I already had removed the stress and was in the process of unlearning unhealthy mental habits, I felt these worked wonder along side everything else I was doing.

Not work.
To be honest, I have no idea if it works. Â The grains were large and I felt stressed to swallow them. Â It's not a cheap supplement, so I probably won't buy it again.

Brilliant
I've felt such a significant decline in stress and anxiousness since taking this. My sleep has improved and I've felt much more focused in my day to day. Stressful work situations feel easier to navigate and I don't feel like my energy is completely depleted by the end of the day. Will definitely keep taking

Amazing!
I work in a high pressure environment and really struggle to cope with high levels of stress - it affects my sleep, focus and muscles. I heard about this product and thought I'd give it a try to see if it would help to ease my stress symptoms. Despite my initial reservations, I am so impressed with Destress 360! After one month, I feel so much calmer and more focused, what's more, the muscle aches I suffered are barely noticeable! I have recommended this product to so many friends - it's so easy to take and really makes a difference!

The support I didn't know I needed
The last eighteen-months (as for most people) has been a stress rollercoaster. I haven't been sleeping properly, my digestion is rubbish and I keep getting run down, but I hadn't linked all this to stress until I saw this supplement. I bought it not expecting much... how wrong was I. Within two weeks, or maybe less, of using it every day I felt like a different person. After a month I am OBSESSED. I'm sleeping well, I feel more balanced, I don't go from 0-100 over small problems and I just feel more like me. Try it, it works.

Highly recommend!
I've been using this for the past 3 weeks and I've felt a big improvement in how my body copes with stress. Instead of feeling super anxious and tense, I feel like I am calmer and when stressful situations arise I approach them with much less anxiety. I love the fact the brand speaks to the physical symptoms of stress too and I've had way fewer headaches as a result of the product. This will definitely become part of my daily routine!
