Nice but annoying packaging
I have been using this cleanser as my second evening cleanse - it is fresh and natural, doesn't strip my skin and I love the look of the packaging. It feels luxurious to use. That said, I am now near the end of the bottle and the pump doesn't reach to the bottom - there is about a fifth of the product left in there but the pump doesn't reach it and the neck is too narrow to fit my spatula down. I will have to empty it into another container. Because of that, I wouldn't repurchase.

Gentle, pampering and lush
Having decided to throw out all my foaming/surfactant cleansers, I went on a cleansing milk, clay and balm buying binge. This is the best cleansing milk out there - if you can tolerate the lavender. It smells amazing, is unbelievably gentle on my acne-ravaged face, does not break me out and rinses off very easily. I don't use it to remove makeup, so I can't talk about that. The only thing is, I keep using too much - you only need half a pump but because I'm transitioning from the foam, I keep using two and three pumps!

Really detoxifying
This is an extremely potent cleanser that really cleanses skin surface and clogs. However, it is not drying,..the smell is a lovely lavender one and the consistency is nice- runny but not watery. It is obvious the moment you wash it off your face, that it is good for your complexion, it evens complexion, refreshes face and makes skin very soft. 4 stars for the high price which is the only reason I might not rebuy it in the near future,

Wonderful
I love this cleanser and I know it is pricey but I will definitely repurchase! I use it in the morning with my Foreo Luna, put it on dry face, massage in…so it sinks in my skin is hydrated, fresh and clean…and it smells divine!

Great before bed and for waking up!
I really like this cleanser as a second step cleanser (or morning one) as it leaves you with radiant skin and the smell is wonderful. You could cleanse twice as advised for foundation but It is not good with eye makeup though (waterproof or not).
