Initially beginning as in-house skin care products to be used in the spa of her parent's hotel — Hotel Post in Bezau, Austria — Susanne Kaufmann created a line of beauty products that entwined her parent's philosophy of positive mental and physical well-being being into health and beauty. Developed with dermatologists, pharmacists and knowledge passed down to her, Susanne Kaufmann launched in 2003 and has grown to create a range of luxurious skin and body care essentials powered by plants and active ingredients.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Growing up in the Bregenzerwald region of Austria, Susanne Kaufmann was surrounded by the abundance of Alpine plants that grew in the area. Introduced to their healing potential by her grandmother, Susanne was inspired by these to create bespoke skin care for the spa of her parent’s hotel, once she graduated hotel management and became the fifth-generation owner. Since the brand launched in 2003, Susanne Kaufmann has continued to be a global leader in innovative, high performing formulas and today, the Hotel-Post in Bevau is an award-winning global wellness destination that showcases the brands efficacious skin and body care solutions.
