Apprentice to the late, legendary make up artist Kevyn Aucoin, Troy Surratt has grown up to become one of the beauty industrys most well-respected make up masters. Celebrated for his daring use of colour, his self-titled collection features vivid pigments and the most luxurious, skin-friendly formulations. These stunning shades of matte, satin and shimmer shadow are so finely milled they feel like butter applying and blending together seamlessly to create an array of arresting make up effects. With a kaleidoscope of colours to choose from, these can be purchased individually or used to build a bespoke palette; the only limitation is your own imagination.
Created using the Japanese slurry formula, which allows for an ultra-blendable artistic application, Surratts Artistique Eyeshadow can be used dry to lend your lids a subtle wash of colour layering to achieved the desired intensity or you can use a dampened brush to create a dense, pigment-rich effect. From glistening shimmers to ultra-plush velvets, the shade range is exquisite. Simply pick one or two of your favourite colours (please be aware, these are sold as individual pans for creating a palette and therefore arent housed in a compact), or choose four colours to fill a {Petite Palette} (six for the {Grande} size) pick-and-mixing with {blush} shades to create something tailor-made to your own make up preferences.

The best eyeshadows
A really beautiful, effortless, sophisticated look. The texture of these shadows is so thin and yet the pigment is great. They are so silky, easy to apply and blend. The colours are stunning, nuanced and wearable. I just wish they were more readily available, they always seem to be out of stock!

Brilliant eyeshadow
Such a lovely long wearing eyeshadow. The pan is very tiny for the price though but I love the colour and ease of application.

Fab smoky pencil
I love these batons, you use the pencil as an eyeliner and then set it with the powder at the other end. They’re not for precision, but are great for creating a smudgy look. Cendres is my favourite.

Top quality. Wonderful results
I saw Michele Wang (a beauty blogger) talking about the product in the colour I have chosen. She raved about it so I ordered immediately and must say it is gorgeous either used on it's own or in the corners of your eyes. The texture is lovely. I have an awful lot of Surat now. Beautiful make up.

An Expensive Disappointment
The pencil end after the first use was blunt and can't be sharpened. The sponge end is just too big so hard to apply well. Just a huge letdown. Feel like I have been ripped off. What a gimmick.

I'm in love!
Waited for what felt like forever for these to come back in stock, but I am so glad I did! These are so buttery and blend like an absolute dream. The shade Starr is a sparkly must-have that is still elegant enough for day-to-day/office wear.

Love it
It's a tiny little pan, which I personally appreciate. Very easy to travel with. I got it in shade Serin, which is a beautiful shimmery yellow that works very well on it's own-mascara optional. Great colour payoff.

Good payoff, smallest pan I've ever seen
It is a good product with a good payoff, but the pan is just too small for the price. Compared to other products with a similar price point and payoff but bigger pans, I think that bottom line it is not worth it.
