Blissful
Once you open this mask and put it on, it will start to warm up. The heat feels very relaxing and calming. I leave it on my eyes for around 30 minutes and sometimes use it on my tummy too. I lie in the bed and listen to some nice soul soothing tunes. It's like being in a spa. It takes your mind off on a journey.

Great for migraines
Whenever my eyes feel tired or feel a migraine setting in, I pop one of these on and I don't know if they work work but they feel so nice I always get lulled to sleep. Highly recommend
