Value for money
Good value for the amount of capsules you get. I've only been taking for a couple of weeks but am looking forward to seeing the benefits. My nails are prone to splitting and they already seem to be a little stronger.

I am perimenopausal and my hair is thinning slightly at the sides, I have been taking this now for over 4 months and my hairdresser commented on how much baby hair was growing. For the price its worth a go as you get 100 days worth. I tried a more expensive supplement from this site before which I did not see any improvement.

It works!
I've noticed a big difference very quickly in the strength and growth of my nails and hair. I'm also using the brands Vitamin D in combination with these. Would highly recommend.

Not a massive difference
Not really noticed a massive difference to be honest. Hair seems a little bit shinier but still doesn’t look as healthy as I would like. Good price I guess and always great delivery with Cult but probably won’t order again. Ouai thin hair supplements were definitely better but obviously pricer!

This was my first purchase of a biotin only supplement. I have noticed that my nails have grown stronger and are less prone to bending. I also think this has helped with hair growth. I am very pleased with the results. I have re-purchased.
