As for hydration, they've added a shot of sodium PCA for good measure so you don't need to worry about skin feeling stripped. Apply gently to cleansed face with a cotton pad.

Great toner
I love this toner. I use it every 4/5 days... for exfoliation . this toner makes my skin smooth and looks bright and healthy next day.
