REN CLEAN SKINCARE's Glycol Lactic Skin Renewal Mask is a godsend for congested, sun damaged and mature skin. Made with 5-6.5% Glycolic Acid, it is both gentle and effective at exfoliating away dirt, actively dissolving the bonds that hold dead skin build-up to reveal a healthy glow. This is one of REN's top-selling products because once people try it they rarely stray to another mask for cleaning the skin of the weekly flotsam and jetsam.
The active element to this mask is a 100% pure fruit acid complex (lactic, glycolic - from pineapple extract, tartaric and citric) and papain enzyme (from Papaya). These ingredients create a gentle but potent exfoliating action that targets dull, congested and mature skins. The AHAs resurface the skin, visibly improving firmness and radiance, while at the same time reducing fine lines, post acne scarring, blemishes and blackheads by dissolving dead skin sells - the outcome is a bright, new complexion. Not suitable for very sensitive skins.
Apply a generous amount onto clean skin over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10 minutes. Dampen enclosed cloth and gently wipe off mask. Rinse skin with warm water. Slight tingling may be experienced during application. Use once or twice weekly. Not recommended for sensitive skin or for use just after shaving, if in doubt do a patch test before applying to your face.
How to add to your routine; Cleanse skin thoroughly with Clean Jelly Oil Cleanser and pat skin dry. Then apply Glycol Lactic Mask, take ten and rinse thoroughly. Next, carefully apply Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream to the eye contour area and gently massage until fully absorbed, taking care not to rub or tug at the skin. Finally, massage Glow Daily Vitamin C Gel Cream onto face and neck until absorbed as part of your morning routine, or Overnight Glow Dark Spot Sleeping Cream as part of your evening routine.

Amazing
Combined with the 1 minute facial this is the perfect skin treat. I find most masks don't do much for me, but my skin really adores this one: it` looks more radiant and less scarred, it feels plumped and more smooth to the touch (I have plenty of old acne scars and the occasional odd hormonal breakout, and quite uneven skin texture, so this is saying a lot).

This is my favorite peel to date. I have rosacea and sensitive skin, but this one has never given me any issues. It's very efficient and you get a lot for your money, as it'll last you for quite some time. Definitely the highlight of REN as far as I'm concerned.

This mask is something I'll never be without. This is a great size and it will last forever (also love Ren using vacuum bags so you know nothing is wasted) The texture is slightly unusual - it has a vaguely orange smell so it does feel like you're putting marmalade on your face. This mask leaves my skin glowing, clear and soft, I've never had a mask that seems to cover all of the target areas without leaving my skin irritated or dry. Please keep stocking this size Cult!
