A 10-minute rescue mask, REN CLEAN SKINCARE’s Evercalm Ultra Comforting Rescue Mask is TLC for compromised complexions. Whether your skin’s sensitive, or suffering from too much sun, jet-lag or over-exposure to elemental stress, this cocktail of soothing extracts restores calm where there’s chaos. With white mushroom extract (Albatrellus Ovinus) to instantly quell itchiness or discomfort, this combats inflammation and replenishes much-needed moisture – leaving your face feeling soft and supple with a plump, dewy ‘bounce’, while skin-soothing Beta-Glucan minimises signs of irritation and sensitivity from dryness and helps improve its overall well-being. A treat for all skin types in need of attention, this also makes a brilliant pre-make up mask – dispelling dryness and restoring luminosity
Use three times a week or anytime your skin is in need of urgent rescue. Apply a generous amount onto clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Gently remove any excess with a damp cloth or cotton pad. Follow with your usual skin care routine.
This product is safe to use on rosacea, acne, eczema-prone skin and sensitive skin, but it is recommended to carry out a patch test on the inside of your elbow first. If you experience any redness and/or tingling, do not apply it any further.
How to add to your routine; After cleansing with Gentle Cleansing Milk, spread a generous amount of Ultra Comforting Rescue Mask onto clean skin. Once rinsed off, spread a hazelnut-sized amount of Redness Relief Serum between hands and press over skin until absorbed, starting with areas of high sensitivity working outwards. Finally, massage Global Protection Day Cream onto face and neck until absorbed as part of your morning routine, or Overnight Recovery Balm as part of your evening routine.

Skin Saviour
This combined with the balm from the same range has been a life saver for my skin. I’m on medication which is drying my skin and this is the only thing I’ve found which not only gives relief, but actually treats my skin long term too.Â

Sooo calming
During hormonal times or if I’m mega stressed my skin will get super angry and the spots that appear really hurt. This mask will instantly sooth and bring down the redness and swelling almost of these spots so that they can actually heal. Skin is left super smooth and even the next day is so much happier

Fixed broken down skin barrier
I've never had to repurchase this as it worked so well, I used this weekly as a thick layer of hydration while taking a bath and letting it melt into the skin, if you've overdone it on the retinol or acids, this is for you!

Magic!
Honestly, if your skin ever has any issues- flare ups,  sensitivity etc just whack this on overnight. I use it alone and by morning my skin is fine again. It’s so good xx

Expensive but nice.
I think it is a bit expensive for what it is and there are cheaper alternatives out there, but Ren products are lovely and Ren has an ethos I can get behind so don't mind splurging on their products sometimes. Calming on the skin and doesn't make sensitive skin react.

Calming and cooling
Used this product for 2-3 weeks now, x2 per week and have really enjoyed the immediate calming effects. Feels like whipped butter when being applied and is easy to wipe off, leaving behind hydrated skin that doesn’t require any foundation. The applicator is generous, with one squirt being all the product you need.Â

Super calmer
When everything else is too much, this is the perfect soother for my skin. I suffer with peri-oral dermatitis and there are not many things my skin will even tolerate, but this seems to go a step further and actively calm it down. I must add that it also leaves my whole face comfortable but also hydrated and plump.Â
