How do I put on the p.band?
1. Unfold and lay your p.band flat with finger loops facing up.
2. Put your hand in with the hand material laying against the palm.
3. Insert your four fingers into the loops, leaving your thumb out.
4. Take the wrist wrap and wrap firmly around the wrist, securing the Velcro.
5. Repeat with your other hand.
6. Practice stretching your arms to make sure everything is securely fastened and get ready to feel the difference with P.volve.

Feel the burn!
I’d had my eye on this for a while and was happy when Cult Beauty started stocking P.Volve. It’s a sturdy but light piece of kit. Can really feel your arms/shoulders aching the next day.  Nice but if kit to add to existing equipment.Â
