Peter Thomas Roth’s Max Complexion Correction Pads have both anti-acne AND anti-ageing benefits thanks to the potent skin refining blend of Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Acids, which work to exfoliate dulling dead skin cells, stimulate cell turnover, loosen spot-causing sebum and regulate oil production, to reduce the likelihood of future breakouts. Green Tea Extract brings powerful anti-oxidant benefits to protect against the skin-ageing effects of free radicals, whilst Arginine, Allantoin and Aloe relieve irritation for clearer, brighter, younger-looking skin.
These cleansing pads are infused with 10% Glycolic Acid Complex, 2% Salicylic Acid and 46% Alcohol to encourage cell regeneration and dissolve the excess oils that lead to clogged pores and blemishes. Peter Thomas Roth’s double sided Max Complexion Correction Pads have textured surfaces – one side to cleanse and the other to gently exfoliate; loosening the bonds that trap dead cells to the surface and minimising the appearance of spots, blackheads and fine lines. Aloe Vera, Chamomile and Comfrey Extracts then help calm sensitivity to leave your complexion soft, soothed and hydrated.
After cleansing with the appropriate cleanser depending on skin type, wipe pad all over face using the rougher side of the pad first followed with the smoother side. Pads can also be used to freshen up after exercising.

Love it
I have been using this product for 2 years now and since I started, my skin has cleared up amazingly. I don't have acne, only some individual hormonal breakouts from time to time. It helps so so much with my skin texture and blackheads. I stopped using this product for 2 months since I couldn't get it for a while and I could see a big difference. This persuaded me that it is as good as I thought, but you don't realize until you run out of it :-). It is strong, but I have more of a dry skin and using it every day or every other is perfectly fine with me. My boyfriend loves it too. He has more of a problematic skin and he appreciates it very much as well. Highly recommended by both of us!

Lifesaver
It was a lifesaver for when I went off my pill and suffered hormonal acne. It helped get my skin back on track. I’ve used it every day and now it’s only once in a while when I suffer from breakouts and it always clears them out. I started slow and used it every few days to get my skin used to it and now it works perfect. Definitely recommend.

Good for acne prone aging skin
I have aging acne scarred skin on my face and these really helped smooth out my complexion. Wish they were cheaper.

On the fence
I have dry, dehydrated skin which can be sensitive and has the odd hormonal breakout. I was hesitant to try as they could have dried my skin further but I’m happy to say they didn’t. The scent is great albeit there is no doubt an acid back note in there. Whilst I was using some other new products at the time of use, I’m 90% certain my skin had a massive “purge” whilst using these and I experienced some severe spots which have left me with scars (they were so aggressive) but once I stopped using these pads I have not had any sense. I do think they’re good but perhaps on my skin, they were a little OTT. Approach with caution.

Very strong
I find these pads very strong indeed. They work because of this (spots calm down very quickly/ deals with pigmentation as well) but they are very drying. The inclusion of comforting ingredients does nothing to combat the pure strength of all the acid and alcohol. As a result they do really dry out spots but I wonder about the long term dependency my skin will have on these, once I stop, it may cause a bigger problem. Perhaps they should only be used every other day.

this product helped me with my annoying breakouts. I am 30 with acne prone skin and I have tried so many things to clear up my acne and I am finally at the point where I found the routine to solve my issues. I use it every day in the PM after cleansing and toning. at first I used full pad each night but now i am using only one half per night.

These pads really pack a punch. They are very strong in scent and are definitely not advisable around the eye area, but they really have helped my skin. I don't use them everyday as I find that's too harsh due to the alcohol content but once or twice a week they work wonders. I generally use them to prevent blackheads and flakes and I have seen a massive difference. Expensive yet at the rate I've been using defiantly worth it.
