Shake well before each use. Apply first to the back of the neck and wrist pulse points. Next, with eyes closed, spray onto face and chest. Mist about 8"-10" from your face. You might experience intense cooling and tingling, which is normal and temporary. Use as often as needed.
Caution: Keep eyes closed. In the event of contact, rinse with water and pat dry with a clean cloth. Using while in direct sunlight may cause irritation. Pause Hot Flush Cooling Mist
I wasn’t impressed at all and feel like I have wasted my money. I might as well of rubbed “4 Head” £5 headache ice cold rub on it. They both make an ice cold feeling to the actual spot you have put it on but that’s about it. So I was disappointed really.

I get hot flushes in the evening and spraying facial mist on my face wasn't helping that much, so I tried this. I spray it on the back of my neck and wait - it isn't instant, but after a minute, the coldness spreads! It gets colder as time goes on and I only need the 4 sprays on my neck to last the evening. I have sprayed on pulse points as they suggest but the nape of my neck is where it works the most. Yes, this is expensive, but I use so little, I anticipate the bottle will last for ages - so worth the money - and the relief is priceless!
