Nice but...
This is a thin milky toner that is fairly hydrating. You can also apply more than one layer if you need more moisture. I have knocked down one star because it is a bit too runny for my preference (easy to run down your fingers during application and wasting product) and the packaging is poorly made (the applicator bit is too lose and product leaks and can also get stuck inside of the cap when you open the product).

I really like this product, and it makes my sensitive skin feel looked after. However I don’t think it would be for everyone. I have mid-40s skin, with moderate rosacea which flares up from time to time and can be red and sore. I love the Decree products but they are just *so* expensive. I bought this because it shares key ingredients with Decree Treat Tincture. Really enjoying it both in evening and morning. No problems with wearing makeup over.
