Unreal supplement!
I got this for my skin and, after reading the reviews, decided to start with only one instead of two. I did get a purging period for about two weeks even though I was only taking one tablet but persevered and it is unreal! Far better results than I was getting with the Deciem Fountain supplements and this had other far reaching benefits, too - my hair started growing so fast that when I went back to my salon, my hairdresser commented on how long it was and asked what I was doing differently! Will never be without this now, I have repurchased three more times. Still only using one a day and getting great results so happy to stay with that. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

The one thing that finally improved my nails
A tad expensive, and I haven't seen any changes in my skin, however, it has made a massive difference with my nails. For decades, I have had thin nails that split easily and peeled all the time. Since I've been taking one tablet of Oskia's MSM a day, my nails are strong and haven't peeled since. Amazing. Have already repurchased.

Be careful - skin breakout!
I bought this based on some of the rave reviews on this site. Took it as instructed for a total of 8 weeks. The good part was that it gave me lots of energy and I slept well. However, it gave me LOTS and LOTS of clogged pores, blackheads and uneven (=bumpy) skin texture. At first I thought it was some form of purging so I stuck to it, drank lots of water and waited it out but my skin only got worse. I then started frantically researching online about MSM and found out that for quite a few people, it causes breakouts that go beyond the "purging" stage. After many hours of research, I also learned that since MSM helps promote keratin which serves as a "glue" for skin tissue, it can end up binding dirty and oil and dead skin cells for certain people who may be it-prone with oily skin. This product should really come with a warning and with clear instructions. The only silver lining in all that ordeal was that since it does have an anti-inflammatory effect, my blackheads and pimples did not go into full-raging angry inflamed mode. Still, I would be hard-stretched to say it gave me good skin. I normally have clear (albeit oily) skin. I have now been off this supplement for 2 weeks and am still un-do all the damage it has done. Oh and one other good thing is that it did give me strong nails. But having strong nails with bad skin isn't really my thing. The price is ridiculous, too. Oskia claims that it is "pure" but it is not 100% MSM, either. (It has some fillers).

Be careful with the dosage
I totally agree with Salster. Thank you for the review. I agree because 2 tablet of this in on day is to much and will lay you down. It's just to much for my body I had lay down and feeling really bad and thats not a good. My skin looks a little smoother softer. I think this is good tablet when you suffer from arthritis or infection in joints, in that case Ii would highly recommend.

Be careful with the dosage if you're new to this supplement
I am new to MSM as a supplement, having purchased it to try and help manage my persistent adult acne. I've been on it just over a week, taking two 1000mg tablets per day, as is recommended by the brand. Unfortunately, my skin has not reacted well, and my acne is currently raging. After much research I have discovered that sulfur, the main ingredient in MSM, has a powerful detoxification action, which in some cases means that when you first start taking it your body doesn't cope well with the sudden amount of detoxification, the result of which could be an increase in your acne. Whilst I appreciate that every individual is different and therefore reactions will not be typical, I think it would help if Oskia included some information in the product detail about the detoxification properties of MSM, which are well known and supported by medical research, and perhaps therefore a little guidance/caution about dosage in the early days. This would have been very helpful for me. I wouldn't have not purchased the product, but I would have been a little less with my dosage, and it probably wouldn't have taken me 5 days of frantic googling to work out why my skin was rebelling. So, 3 stars for the time being, whilst I stop taking it and then try again the recommended way. I will return once I've had another go to let people know if this really does work.

AMAZING RESULTS. A health & beauty must have.
I've been taking the Oskia Pure MSM supplement for about three weeks now and can really see and feel a difference in the health and clarity of my skin. I suffer from polycystic ovaries and endometriosis, which leaves me susceptible to hormonal breakouts - especially around my jawline. Three weeks into taking this MSM supplement, I can see a huge difference in my skin. I haven't suffered a hormonal breakout this month, my skin feels so soft and supple - it looks so clear and healthy! I am so happy, this is a regular addition to my health and skincare. I will be ordering this every month, as these really work and for me - skincare starts from with-in. Please don't be put off by the cost - you can buy cheap supplements made up of fillers and a much smaller percentage of the active ingredients. These are quality - which is why they start to make a difference so quickly. I am such a huge fan - I've been trying to convince my sisters and my friends to try them. If you are hesitant - give them a go. Even if you try just one bottle, you will be doing your skin the world of good.

Best thing ever
This is the first review I've ever done on any product online despite relying on them all the time. This is THE only thing that has cleared my hormonal acne that started when dropping off birth control. After a year of trying many products and supplements (Omega 3, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin b5 etc etc) and quitting dairy, gluten, sugar and all processed foods, cutting back on carbs, drinking 2+ litres of water a day; THIS has been what has finally cleared my skin. I love it I would buy a lifelong supply if I could, I encourage everyone to try it. Thanks Oskia for giving me back my confidence in my skin!!

After years of suffering with bad skin and buying every product under the sun I have finally found the holy grail! I'm on my 3rd bottle now and my hormonal spots are completely gone, my skin is smooth and feels soft to touch-unbelievable. Please never stop making this product. I can finally wake up in the morning and not worry about break-outs. Just a note, it did take a good few weeks of taking 2 tablets a day for results to show.

Amaazingg results!
I love this product. I am on my second bottle now and I liked the results so much that I have bought a load of them for my sisters and family. With no other change in lifestyle, within 2 weeks you will start seeing results. The skin starts looking more supple, soft and clearer. It has also helped reduce my hormonal acne along the jawline, so much that people starting complimenting! I am going to order another 2 bottles of this supplement. Little expensive but worth every penny!
