From the inner corner of your eye, gently stroke the tip of the liquid eyeliner along the lash line, as close as possible to avoid any gaps. If you do not wish to paint a continuous line, it can be easier to draw a few small dashes onto the lash line, e.g. inner corner, middle and outer corner, then go back and connect them.

Fabulous
Easy to use and gives such a sharp line, this eyeliner has a really lovely true black colour to it I would definitely recommend.

My new favourite
I have always struggled with applying eyeliner as I am sure a lot of others have. I have very long lashes that always get in the way of getting the liner where I want it . Also I have un-even hooded eyelids so I alway have to draw one line thicker than the other so they look even. I find this pen allows me to get right up to the lash line so if i don't want a really noticeable line but just to look like I have fuller lashes I can do that or I can do a nice line easily. I still find it pulls on my skin a bit and can get a bit choppy if I don't apply it carefully but I think that is more to do with my technique than the pen. My only wish is it were slightly deeper black more ink like...but for ease of use I would highly recommend this especially for anyone new to make up.
