Great colour, iffy consistency
I bought the liner in Enchanted and the colour is a gorgeous metallic but I feel like the all purpose liner is great in theory but not in execution. It feels dry and even flakes when applied to more than just the line of the lips as if it’s really an eyeliner. Best to combine with a clear gloss or lip balm to make it more comfortable and even to use on the whole Iip.
