The literal best eyeliner I've ever used
5I recommend this to every single person i know that loves eyeliner. I've tried lots of other brands: KVD, Too Faced, Benefit, Soap and Glory etc to name a few and ALWAYS go back to this. I can genuinely take naps in this and IT STAYS PUT.
