Works, but hate the taste
Taking these about 20 minutes before bed definitely help me sleep better, but the taste is awful. They're also quite firm for soft gels, and I have tried to just take them without chewing a little bit first but they're a little too big.

At first I felt these made me groggy the next day but found its better starting with 1 tablet and building upto 2. But I've been taking them for months, once I got into a better sleeping pattern, I started just 1 tablet a night. I've noticed a massive difference in my skin, more plump and soft. I have hypermobilty but my joints don't ache as much as they used to and my general mental health is a lot better. Which could all be because I'm getting a much better sleep at night. I do also take a powdered collagen in my morning yoghurt, which I think this helps it absorb better. Brilliant product, was worth the money for me.

Gorgeous skin
These are great. I love the ingredients and taking them at bedtime I’m sure is helping. They are quite expensive but I want to try and keep taking them for their benefitsÂ

These are easy to swallow and I love the ingredients and what they say they can do. I’m not sure if I have noticed a difference but I’ll keep using them as they must be doing some good. They are abit expensive though and would be better if it was just 1 tablet to be takenÂ

Made me tired in the day
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use these longer than a week. Within the week I started using these I experienced extreme tiredness and grogginess during the day which severely  to affect my ability to do daily tasks, so I had to discontinue use.

Lovely but...
This is a good product and I think it has made a difference. But it loses a star because it is just way too expensive for supplements. Not feasible in the long term unless you can really afford it.

Terrible sleep!
These made me sleep even worse, I was so disappointed as they sounded amazing and really wanted them to work! Tried for a good few days but I felt like I never really fell asleep properly so ended up being super tired all day.

Great
I've been taking these supplements for over a month now and I have seen and felt a significant difference in the shape and smoothness of my face. I feel that the collagen has restored some of the fullness in my face and shaped the skin around my jawline.
