The Nurse Jamie Super-Cryo Massaging Orb can be used alone on clean, dry skin or with your favorite moisturizer or beauty oil. The Massaging Orb can be used Cool or Warm
Cool Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not freeze)
Warm Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb into a bowl of water for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not put in the microwave or oven)
Eye Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb under the eye area starting from the inside of your face moving towards the outside.
Brow Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb just below the brow, moving from the middle towards the outside of your brow.
Cheeks:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb on the middle area of your cheek. Slowly roll the massaging orb outwards and upwards.
Decollete:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your decollete, starting low near your chest and rolling the massaging orb upward and outward up, almost to your collarbone. (Do not roll over the collarbone)

Nice But No Results
This retains its coolness really well and is nice on my face, but it didn't really help depuff or make my skin look any better.

Bought this for a friend who is always on the move with work and she has reported back as it being fabulous and easy to use. Apparently feels amazing when using an oil and they also used it super cold to tighten up pores over the cheeks

I love how easy it is to clean after . I bough this to use on my face but once I learnt you can use it warm I can’t go back I have chronic pain and find it helps with my pain when I travel and forget to take my hot water bottle this helps with pain

This was much bigger then expected and I love it!! It comes apart and you can put the ball in the fridge to keep cool. I love nurse Jamie and this is another product I would recommend.

This has made my skin more plump because it distributes the moisturiser really well and better into my skin. I feel like the mini version is the perfect size, because it isn’t too small or too big.
