Its definitely softening
Lovely softening balm without being to greasy with a subtle hint of colour , I really like it - not sure it's my favourite for moisturizing that actually sinks in but I'm regularly reaching for it now its summer

Not a nice texture or scent... it doesn't moisturise my lips either... they really missed the mark with this balm.
