I love this line and the smell is amazing! I know it's not the most important thing but surely helps. Very good conditioner. Leaves my hair soft and smooth and easy to manage. Cute packaging too.

Love this brand!
This was my second purchase from NatureLab Tokyo and I have been impressed once again with how well they deliver on their product descriptions! Honestly, you read so many buzzwords on products that rarely turn out to be accurate, but each formulation I've tried from this brand has been spot on. I am currently growing out a wolfcut, and have mid-length, wavy hair -- this conditioner adds a lot of sleekness and shine, while also boosting the appearance of natural colour facets within my standard brunette. It doesn't weigh the hair down at all, but does make it lie flatter from the smoothing properties. I can't wait to use it once I can straighten my hair again because it's been a long time since I've found a conditioner that gives consistent, smoothing results like this one!

Bottle design needs improvement
I do like the consistency of this conditioner, however the bottle design is not the best. The conditioner will stuck.

Love the product not the product. towards the end, it was difficult to get the product out. Had to scoop it out using a long spoon. However, it gives good shine on the hair after wash and get complimented how silky black my hair is =)

Love this!
Bought the original bottle and had to buy the refill pack which was more value for money. Black Friday was a bonus too. Hair was silky and felt healthier after using the product. Will recommend to friends and family.

Smells amazing
I can see how the scent Naturelab uses in alot of their products isn't for everyone, but I adore it. I think this conditioner is great, not fantastic. It leaves my hair smooth and soft, but I have tried better at a cheaper pricepoint.
