I love a sharpener with a collecting shavings bit on it , but it doesn’t sharpen all my pencils - like my Victoria Beckham Kajal so a bit disappointedÂ

You always need one.
What can I say, it's a pencil sharpener! But it does work very well, and not only on ND pencils. I like that it has a cover so that the shavings don't go everywhere. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
