This really is just a basic lash curler. Personally, I found it difficult to get as close to the roots as I do with the Kevyn Aucoin one I bought after this one, and the effects were not as long lasting. Again, this is just me, but I did find this one pinches/nips, despite apparently being designed not to. It does the job, but there's others, admittedly more expensive, that do it better - and for an item which lasts forever, I prefer to get the best one possible!
