Life Changing
5I was taking Omega 3, Vit D and Iron supplements and thought I was covered so reluctantly I tried Lumity as a friend was so passionate about them and had checked out all the science. I was blown away by the impact they had even after month one. Six months later I not only had clearer skin and better nails, but I had top scores for gum health, no PMT and felt calmer in general. Lumity is my friend for life.

Love my Lumity
5I was always hugely sceptical of supplements, but a friend gifted me a box of these. I decided to give it a go and noticed after a month that I was sleeping well, my skin cleared up and my PMT had vanished. Now, 18 months later I wake up happy and full of energy and I never get colds. I actually gift boxes to friends so will be doing a mass buy up on pay day as was away skiing at Christmas and didn't buy as many Christmas presents as I should have. If you're wondering about the price, it's worth every penny. Less than you'd spend on your morning coffee run.

5Fab that Cult has found this! I have been taking Lumity for a year now and get so many compliments on my hair and skin. I saw it on a make up artist's blog who was talking about how much it helped her sleep and it's been brilliant for that too - I've even got my mum on it!

A noticeable difference
5I've been using these for three months now and can definitely see a difference to my skin and hair and I feel more energised too (although that could just be from the happiness of seeing clearer skin and thicker, shinier hair?!) all of which my husband has noticed too. These are expensive for vitamins but worth it for the results. I keep these by my bedside table so I never forget. It's an added bonus that you don't need to have these with food. Great that these are now available at Cult Beauty!
