Actually work when dying of a hangover
Great price would recommend these seem to help feel less rough after too many drinks!

Waste of money
They do nothing, they don't even stick to the skin that well. I tried the full pack across two festivals, and they made absolutely no difference whatsoever.

Magic
These work, I don't know how but all I know is they keep me feeling human, even after a full 12 hours drinking on an empty stomach I woke up fresh (and confused haha) - need more

Amazing
I simply can't live without these anymore. They don't completely let you avoid a hangover (I know because recently, on day two of a day two wedding, when choosing my first drink the thought of something spirit based was not appealing) but when I use them I can get up and go about my day as normal. Normally I feel sick and end up sleeping so late. The patches contain milk thistle (which supposedly helps to flush the body of an array of things) but I also take extra milk thistle tablets before going to bed and this seems to help quite a bit. When I don't have the patches and just take milk thistle tablets alone I'm still hungover the next day so I think it's mainly the patches that help - highly recommend them

Game changing!
These little patches have completely TRANSFORMED my day after the night before! Previously, my hangovers consisted of crying, regret, head down the toilet.. Now, slap one of the these bad boys on, after 20 minutes I'm back in action. I can't quite believe it, I'll always have a supply in my bedside draw. I've got all my friends and family onto them too.

What is this magic?
The buyer for this brand - Bessie (see review nearby) didn't even need to share her love for this product. I was sold at 'after party patch' and 'high dose recovery'. Myself and my husband took these after some pretty aggressive margaritas and we woke up feeling a lot more human that we should of. These magic patches certainly do something and I've already purchased my second round. LIFEBIO, please make this in jumbo packs. Also, love the Boost & Protect patches too.

Did nothing
I wanted these to work. I drank a little bit more wine than usual (with lots of water!) so I put one on before bed. I woke up hungover. I then put another one on to see if it would help me throughout the day. No difference whatsoever.

School Night Saviour
I absolutely love the Energy Boost patches from LifeBio but have been particularly sceptical about how these would work and IF they would work - I don't suffer from hangovers usually but it's the tiredness that gets me the next day that I was keen to combat. I have now used these twice, and the first time I bared the gym the following day anyway, and had the run of my life so that's definitely a plus! I have been advised to use one patch pre-going out and one the following morning which I'm also going to try.
