So much better than I expected
I ordered this while it was on sale as a quick add on and just expected to use it as a hand cream. I was SO pleasantly shocked at how gorgeously thick this cream was, it's literally like greek yoghurt thick, and it mositurised and hydrated my skin so well. I have trouble with the tops of my arms being very dry and this made them feel wonderful.

The salvation for very problematic skin
Here in Germany, we have been using a baby cream with wool fat for decades when the skin is extremely, really extremely dry, flaky or minor injuries need to heal faster. The baby product is a classic with us, but the paste is very, very thick and difficult to spread, so that it also does not come off so easily on the skin. This product has a similar concept and similar ingredients, does not smell quite as creepy as the German counterpart and although still very pasty, Lano can be applied much better and thanks to the tube also removed more hygienically. A friend and I have since ordered the third tube, it helps with redness, very dry skin in winter, even after a sunburn in summer or cracked skin on the elbows and knees. A huge little skin savior.Â

not for me
I wanted to love this because the packaging is so cute! but its just too sticky for me. does moisturise intensely though so perfect for dry skin, especially in winter

Not best for face
This makes my dry face skin feel even dryer wouldn’t recommend for that didn’t want it to go to waste so have been using it on my elbows and knees. Makes ur face feel heavy and tacky feels like thick mud going on and doesn’t sink into your skin even after 10 minutes of waiting.Â

sticky but moisturising
as i said in the title, this product leaves a sticky residue for a short time, but i apply it to my hands before bed and it keeps me so moisturised!

A good alternative to Penaten cream
For babies, people here in Germany use the old familiar Penaten cream, which contains wool fat and provides relief for extremely, really extremely dry skin and inflammation. This product has a similar effect, has an equally very thick, extremely thick consistency and is excellent for the little aches and pains and emergencies on the skin. Is therefore not a cream for everyday use and not a moisturizer but perfect exactly when the skin cries for help because inflamed, dried out, cracked! Price-wise, Penaten is probably preferable as a drugstore item, because the effect is the same.

Thick and creamy
Oh so thick and rich feeling, I use on elbows, knees that need a lil bit of extra love. I have a few different lanolips products and they are all fab.

Not exciting
This cream was okay but I found it to be way to hard to moisturise into the body. I use it on my feet and it does help with making it softer but I wouldn't purchase again.
