A symphony of roses, this exquisite elixir cocoons your complexion with nourishing, normalising oils steam-distilled from more than 1000 Bulgarian rose petals to harness their skin-soothing, softening and pampering properties. The heady rose perfume uplifts and inspires, while the nutrient-rich oil both conditions and strengthens dry, damaged or stressed-out skin types.
Suitable for all complexions particularly those that are beginning to betray their years this conditioning elixir is a cocktail of 19 natural actives to nourish and restore your skins youthful bloom. Starring organic and biodynamic Bulgarian rose essential oil to soften, protect and repair even the most environmentally-challenged complexions, this feels silky and sensuous, while the inclusion of rosehip extracts give a gorgeous, pink tint that enhances your skins luminosity. Antioxidant CoQ10 and vitamin C ester combine to protect from the ravages wrought by pollutants, while an abundance of phytosterols, essential fatty acids, vitamins and baobab reinforce your skins barrier function, to prevent dehydration and deflect external aggressors.

Either I got a bad one or it’s not good
I know what people say and what it should be, but when I got mine, it really smells terrible, nothing remotely resembles rose and quite uncomfortable. For quite a while after opening, I always wondered is this really something I paid so much for? And seriously doubted that I got a bad one. Plus in the winter when it was cold, I actually saw those coconut oil forming clouds in the oil. Never a good feeling. I really don’t want to bad mouth anything but believe skincare is more about suitability than anything. But this one really disappoints me for the amount I paid for a tiny bottle? I am not happy.

just ok
I got this in a Caroline Hirons/CB beauty box and had high hopes but was left a bit underwhelmed. I have been using oils for many years on my sensitive/reactive skin. I felt this oil was very heavy and thick, did not absorb very well and made it difficult to layer on top. I used the bottle up and was glad to get to the end of it as it was too expensive to leave to one side. I will be returning to my Zelens oils, May Lindstrom youth dew and Decleor oils as they work better for me. I would not repurchase but was great to have the opportunity to try this one.

Gorgeousness in a bottle
This oil is a dream. It smells of roses, is super luxurious, and is really effective. I have combination skin, and very prone to breakouts. While other oils tend to clog my pores (despite targeting oily and problematic skin), this oil doesn't. It only leaves my skin soft, radiant and smoother. I am a big fan and knew I had to get a full size after experiencing the results with the tester sample. I look forward to applying it every evening. My only gripe is the price - it is a tad pricey. But hey, as long as it works...

A stunning oil/serum, with a not so stunning price tag
Like most people I was able to try this as part of the Caroline Hirons box. The first month of using this product I did not think it was worth it. I am someone who is less into the experiential nature of products and felt (at the time) that this was a nice smelling oil that didn't do anything special. I have now used this every night for 3 straight months and I have found the ideal way to use it and noticed some wonderful results. I use this as a oil/serum in the PM after my prescription retinol. I take 5 drops and press it into my skin, then take approx. 1/2 a drop on the skin around each eye. I then seal it in with my favorite night cream. This can be slow to sink in, but I find that it absorbs best into my skin right after retinol, and I try to do my PM routine at least 1 hour before I go to sleep to give everything time to sink in. As far as results, while they took a while to reveal themselves I can say with certainty that this gives a beautiful glow to the skin. Not shiny, not greasy, but truly a lit-from-within glow. I use other forms of vitamin C in my routine so I cannot say for certain that this has faded scars/pigmentation but it has certainly brightened my face overall. I am still in my early 20s, so for me the price of this oil is too prohibitive, and really not the type of product that I need to invest in at this stage in my life. I am already dreading the day I run out, and I will be certain to return to this product in 10/15 years.

Smells great, does nothing
Box of Dreams purchase. The good: it smells amazing! The real: I have found this to be a heavy product that does not absorb well. It really doesn't do much of anything. Too heavy for daytime use and it does not play well with makeup. At night it just sits on my skin. I'm also having more breakouts. I have normal to dry skin and this is too oily while not offering me enough moisture.

Beautiful oil - my new favourite!
I received this in the Caroline Hirons beauty box. I was at first worried the fragrance would be too strong, but it's lovely and quite subtle. What's more - it sinks right into the skin and feels truly luxurious, a spa treatment at home. It helps my skin look healthy all day and I will definitely buy this again.

Lovely
Got this in the Caroline Hirons box of dreams II. I was afraid it would smell to much but the scent is lovely and dissipates quickly. It will certainly be up there with my favourite day oils.

AMAZING! Excelled my expectations! Love it!
I received this in my Caroline Hirons box and absolutely love it. Firstly - the scent - it is utterly heavenly. I drop some oil onto my palm, rub my hands together and inhale the essential rose oils. It's so relaxing and that alone makes me feel zen. I've even used this to massage into my temples when I've had a terrible headache. As for the application, I was pleasantly surprised at how light it feels, sinks into my skin immediately and leaves it so hydrated, plumped up and radiant. I am a huge Vintner's Daughter fan and didn't think I'd find another oil I'd love as much. I will definitely repurchase, just as I do Vintner's Daughter. This one, I'll continue to use when I want a more "aromatherapy" experience. It really is a beautiful elixir that all beauty aficionados should have in their skincare kit.

I also received this in a sample size from the goodie bag and it has really bowled me over. I personally love the smell but it's the effect it has on my skin which has really surprised me - instantly plumping and warming, it feels like putting an expensive cashmere winter coat on your skin. The perfect compliment to all the peels and retinols that I use, especially now the summer is over. I have started spreading a very small amount over my fingertips before pressure point massage during facials and my clients are all noticing the difference too. Will definitely be purchasing the full size and look forward to slathering it on when the air gets bitterly cold

Beautiful
Just received a sample of this in my goody bag and it is amazing, feels so luxurious. I used it after May Lindstrom's Jasmine garden and my skin is glowing. I can't wait to try all the other products in this brand. Love also the packaging, it seems like an ancient beauty potion.
