Good for immunity
I bought this to help my low energy levels and poor immune system as I am always catching colds and feeling run down. I take this every morning and it does perk me up me much more than multi-vitamins would, but more noticeably when I take this on a night I am feeling unwell I feel well and refreshed the next morning!

Sorry didn’t like it
I didn’t like this at all, mainly because the powder doesn’t dissolve and floats around in big lumps which made me feel a bit sick. The taste is okay but it would ruin a smoothie if you added it to one. I still have over half a jar left and I can’t even force myself to have anymore.

Another great product by Kiki!
I got a rather generous sample of this Kiki Alkaline Infusion with my purchase of Kiki's CBD oil, & immediately loved it! It smells like cotton candy, but dissolved into a pale shade of lemon in water, with a very, very mild taste of citrus juice {I've been drinking it straight, & yet to try it with anything added}. I found it very effective in debloating & raising my energy. I'm about to order a full size now!

Not sure
While I'm not sure of the effect that this powder has. I will give it some more time. I find it annoying that it doesn't dissolve in water or orange/lemon juice whatever I put it in. It creates lumps and just won't dissolve.

Much more energy!
I love this stuff - it's like Berocca without the crap. It has a really light refreshing flavour, and I genuinely notice the difference getting up in the morning when I've had it the night before. I find it so much easier to wake up, and I'm more alert. I actually crave it when I'm feeling ill/tired now!!
