Creates gorgeous luminosity.
This is a real surprise highlighter. I was a little worried about the lilac and whether It would suit my cool skin tone. All unfounded as this highlighter is the stuff of magic. My skin is luminous and bright - not in an obviously lilac/purple way - but in a 10 hours of sleep well-rested way. You can build up the intensity for a more luminescent glow, and concentrate more on the lilac end of the palette if you want more colour (looks so pretty on the eyelids). The texture is very, very fine and there's no chunkiness or glitter and it blends and buffs beautifully into the skin. I also bought the Neo powder brush which is a good investment brush purchase and makes application very easy due to the angled shape of the brush. Overall, I love this highlighter and as always, excellent service from Cult Beauty.
