Never used a matte lipbalm but this was more hydrating than expected. Left lips comfortable without feeling greasy

This helps keep the lip moisturized while not diminish the lasting effect of lip colors. I usually find lip balms that prevent lipstick to be applied or to last. I am very happy to find this product from Jouer as it is more like a primer than a balm. Thank you cult.

I love this a lot. I wouldn’t say it’s hydrating enough if you have very dry lips but it definitely lovely and makes your lips feel softb

Great under matte lipstick
Gloss doesn’t suit me, so I always got frustrated when lip balms would make my matte lippies shiny. This is great for a bit of extra care under mattes but I definitely need to use a more moisturising lip product as well during my normal skincare routine, it doesn’t replace regular lip balm for me.Â

One use and I'm hooked!
I wear lip balm everyday, it's my staple item over a lipsstick, oil or gloss. But I'm not a fan of the shiny look, especially if I'm rocking the matt look. This lipbalm isn't greasy or shiny. Lip stay hydrated and doesn't feel like the product just disappears within minutes. Plus, I love a stick (instead of a pot) as don't get product under my nails! Highly recommend and will be making this a regular item in my skincare regime.

Great product!
I use this lip balm at the start of my makeup routine when I know I’ll be doing a matte lip. This keeps my lips moisturised whilst looking matte and makes for a great matte lipstick base. It’s not drying at all and evens out lips so matte lipsticks won’t cling to any dry skin
