Thoroughly saturate hair with water. Taking a deep breath and become centred. Begin by dispensing a small amount of hairbath into hands and emulsify into a light lather. Apply with fingertips to scalp, massaging and cleansing. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary and follow with Hydrating Cream Conditioner.

Great shampoo
This is a lovely shampoo that makes hair nice and clean but also nourished. Recommend by the Curl Clinic in Leeds and I trust them with anything and everything hair related!

Hydrating and light
The only time I had used Innersense in the past, I was mistakenly using the wrong shampoo for my hair type/concerns, this resulted in me not trying anything else. Since then, I have had better insight to the product ranges/lines and can confirm I am now a huge fan. I have dry hair, with mid lengths to ends being chemically bleached, therefore I need all the hydration I can get. This did not disappoint, would recommend and repurchase.

Gentle shampoo
This is now the second time I’m buying this shampoo. It’s a very gentle shampoo. I have been using low foam and gentle shampoos for several years now and prefer them to harsher sulphate ones. This shampoo will not give you that squeaky feeling to your hair, in fact, first time I used it I could barely feel I’d washed my hair at all, but it was perfectly clean. I have fine straight hair, about shoulder length, that tends to get greasy quick. I wash my hair twice with most gentle shampoos and same for this one. First wash I’ll focus on the scalp and there’s no foaming at all, second wash I get plenty of foaming though. This shampoo doesn’t irritate my scalp like some harsher shampoos will, and I can use it without conditioner which is great since I’m sensitive to most conditioners.

Like it says on the tin - a bath for your hair!
I really enjoyed using this shampoo. It's a generous size and the consistency really does feel like a bath for your hair! The smell is divine. It's moisturising. All round great product.

As someone with curly/ wavy hair I find it hard but I LOVE this it’s not too heavy and my hair feels healthy and shinyÂ
