Leading the parade, Dead Sea and Himalayan salts exfoliate, support the skin barrier, balance hydration levels, soothe inflammation and relieves aching muscles in one almighty swoop. Boosting the relaxing efforts of these natural salts, arnica works alongside black pepper and patchouli essential oils to reduce tension while lending a calming scent. Bringing up the rear, a blend of herbs including rosemary, lavender and sage combine to smooth and revitalise the skin – and reinvigorating the mind with a delicious scent. Bath time never looked so alluring…
For an aromatherapeutic soak, dissolve 2 scoops in a warm tub then relax for 20 minutes.
As a skin scrub, apply to damp skin and massage in a circular motion to warm muscles and gently exfoliate the skin. Soak off in the tub or rinse off in the shower.
Please be aware oils can make shower and bath surfaces slippery.
