Liquid Matte
1. Prep your lips: To improve consistency of application, gently exfoliate with a lip scrub. Blot off any excess oils.
2.Apply a thin layer of Liquid Matte.
3. Allow approximately 30 seconds for color to set and intensify to an opaque finish. Color appearance may vary based on skin tone.
Lip Strobe
Wear alone or on top of your favourite lip colour to grant otherworldly gleam. Can also be used on eyes for a strobing metallic look.

Beautiful colours, poor quality
Beautiful colours, poor quality. In about 30 mins, without eating or drinking, it is all around the lips. Even tried using the Urban Decay all Nighter Fixing Spray... even that didn't work in keeping it in place
