It reminds me of Christian Diors Poison
5If anyone remembers Christian Diors poison from the 80’s it smells exactly like it, it’s intense, mature I wouldn’t call it a young girls scent. Really great though.

Sweet and sexy
4I was in two minds about purchasing this one as one of the top notes is Red Apple and I'm not a fan of fruity fragrances in particular, although having received a 10ml bottle of Eden was definitely the nicest 'fruity' fragrance I've tried. Elixir, however, also notes Rose de Mail Absolute and Jasmine Sambac Absolute, a couple of my favourite perfume notes! There's also Vanilla and Patchouli, which lends a sophisticated base when the perfume has 'settled' on the skin. This is definitely in my rotation of 'day time' fragrances, it reminds me of the classic perfumes my mum would wear when I was younger, but updated with the Apple notes. It's also the only Kayali fragrance I've tried which seems like it really could be unisex, my only gripe with it is the black box it comes in, simply because it clashes with my artfully arranged Kayali display all in their white with colour trim boxes! Like each of the Kayali fragrances, it makes me very happy choosing which gorgeous scent to apply in the morning and I reach for this quite often as a daytime perfume!

5This is the third time I'm buying, if you like an Arabic style Oud fragrance than this is for you. Absolutely ridiculously gorgeous.

Amazing
5I love perfume and have tried many more high end ones, including those seen with more credibility than celebrity/make up range fragrances. However I have to say this is absolutely stunning and unique. I think the black bottle is a bit misleading as I find it refreshing. I like the Apple in Juicy Apple but I find that one too sickly sweet for me. This is fresher with the rose and jasmine but I can still really smell the Apple which I love. When I first spray it I find it quite sharp and think it will be linear and heavy and I’m a bit worried about that as I don’t like scents that are too heavy, but then happily it goes on to develop into a lighter sweetness, so it isn’t too heavy. I wear it during the day and night. It’s beautiful and addictive, it really envelops and seduces you immediately without needing to think about it, but it isn’t too much either and headache inducing like some.Â

The base scent
5So this is the third addition to my collection and I've worn it alone and mixing with Vanilla & Musk. This is the base scent but is good alone as well. The lasting power and projection are good, I could feel it throughout the day. The scent itself did remind me of something a la oriental rose, at first it does start rosy with a touch of Turkish Delight. Later patchouli comes to the scene and the whole reminded me of Gres Cabaret although more classy, bearing just a clean facet similar to that fragrance. The fragrance itself is rather transparent to describe so. It is light enough, but lasting good anyway. I will definitely buy more fragrances from this collection since quality and presentation is nice.

Lovely Fragrance
2I don't normally give reviews I would rather read reviews before purchasing anything. For the 1st time, I am disappointed after all the hype this perfume didn't tick the box. The perfume smells really nice at first spray but after 40 minutes I can't smell it. I've asked my husband if he could smell the perfume on me but no. It's definitely not long lasting. I would be satisfied even if it held for at least 4 hours but unfortunately, it doesn't.

Classic scent
4Fresh apple and rose, with patchouli base. To me this smells like a classic. However, I wished that the top notes would smell longer. The patchouli note comes up quickly on me. I didn't like the smell when I sprayed it the first time, but after a few days I was addicted. I would recommend this scent for 30+ ladies who enjoy strong but fresh scents and want to feel confident and feminine.
