A primer and serum in one, Hourglass’ Nº 28 Primer Serum is infused with 28 beneficial ingredients to nourish skin and prepare it perfectly for make up application. Silky and lightweight, the oil glides on beautifully, absorbing into the skin to create a refined, retexturised surface for make up, softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while extending the durability of your foundation. The ‘28’ of the title refers to 14 essential oils (including rose, lavender and lemon), 10 lipid-rich plant oils to hydrate skin’s deeper layers (including hazelnut and rose hip) and four nourishing vitamins to condition the complexion (A, B5, C and E). Wonderfully versatile, the vegan formula can also be used as a night serum or on hair to seal split ends.
1. Apply one pump to clean skin and let it set for approximately 2 minutes.
2. Can be applied over moisturizer, used as a moisturizer/primer or night time skin treatment.
3. Also apply No.28 to hydrate split ends and fly-aways.

Weird feeling
This is way too expensive on a primer. Feeling heavy on my skin

Not the best but ok
When first use, I feel sticky on my face. But after waiting for 2 minutes, it’s better. I believe it’s fine using in winter but not sure in summer.

Very fragranced
I do like this, it works well and my skin feels nice after use but it has a really heavy fragrance that I just don't think is needed. If the fragrance was lighter I would repurchase.

The *product* is good
Makes my eye products last way longer. I haven't noticed any improvement in foundation application or wear time but my skin feels nice and I haven't had any breakouts using it. Removed a star because the pump doesn't work, but the product is small enough that it probably wont last long enough for bacteria to build up.

Excellent
This product truly exceeded my expectations. I have quite a dry skin and always find it challenging to find truly hydrating products. This serum feels incredibly comforting around the eye area. It hydrates so well and makes the makeup look lovely and long lasting. I purchased the travel size to try the product out but as soon as I’m done with this bottle, a full size version is most definitely on the purchase list. Highly recommended.

I am in my fifties and having pretty dry skin, but this serum really helps that foundation looks great even cheaper brands. I will purchase again.
