Hello Klean
I have not yet used shower filter refill as I have only been using the shower filter for a couple of months and the filter it came with is still good. Because I love this shower filter so much I decided to get a couple of spare refill filters so I need not be without it. The difference it has made to the hard water is amazing, no limescale clogging the shower head or marking the shower screen and my hair is so soft. Its a ten from Jen.

we have very hard water and don't have a water softener. this does not soften the water but does help with the quality. i feel like it has helped as hard water ruins my skin. handy for renters as can take with you.
