Waste of money
I got the tester drops in the Selfcare Goody Bag and they helped me with my first uninterrupted night's sleep in a long time. Convinced, once I'd finished the tester, I bought the higher dosage & bigger bottle hoping to continue the good sleep which seems so rare. Unfortunately, the drops haven't had anywhere near the same effect as my first few experiences; I've tried different dosages & nothing changes, my sleep is still broken and I'm left to feel groggy and disappointed the next day. Sadly for me, it's been a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend the drops, although I'm not against finding a better suited product.

I must first say I began using these after trying the Healist Calm Drops first, so I'm trying it from the standpoint of already having built up some cbd (as it works in an accumulative way). These really do help you to not only drift off to sleep faster, but stay asleep. I found that my sleeping pattern became awful during the heart of lockdown, and would wake multiple times during the night (probably due to like residual anxiety in my body). However, on the nights I take this, I notice I am sleepy and ready to drift off in about 45-90 minutes which is just enough time to fit in an episode of your favourite tv show. Definitely would recommend if you have trouble sleeping, though personally I'm not a fan of the citrus flavour (I prefer their mint blends).

Great Nights Sleep
I usually have super disturbed sleep so was excited to try these in the self care goody bag. I loved them so much I got more, the most restful nights sleep I've had in ages.

Nightmares
I got these drops in the selfcare goody bag recently. I tried them last night for the first time and I had the most terrifying nightmares I've had in probably 20 years. I woke up absolutely terrorized several times and every time I went back to sleep, the horror show continued. I can't say for sure if it was because of the drops but I would be reluctant to try them again just in case. Note - I only took the recommended 2 drops. Maybe not for everyone.

Definitely calming
I received the Healist Goodnight Drops discovery size bottle in the SELF CARE GOODIE BAG (my what a treat that bag was! Thank you Cult Beauty #dreambag), I was initially sceptical to try them as my son has a disability and I have to check on him and test his blood through the night a c I was worried incase I slept through my alarm; however , I tried the suggested dose of two drops underneath the tongue taken at around 20 minutes before retiring to bed and I have to say that they took my anxious edge off and made me feel a lot calmer thus making it easier for me to rest and drift off to sleep. I have taken them each night since and I can still wake-up when I need to but I just feel so much more relaxed. I’m impressed!

Groggy
Not impressed. Had high hopes for my first try with a CBD product. I received the free sample in the self care goody bag and shared my first try with my boyfriend. Both of us woke during the night, had wild dreams and woke this morning parched with thirst and feeling like we had been on a alcohol heavy night out.
