    • How to use

      The sooner you take a bath post-exercise, the better. Add one cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe, and rest.

    Love the scent, hate the packaging
    I was expecting this product to have more of a muscle relaxing/soothing effect and I don’t think it delivered on that... What did surprise me is that unlike the ‘Martini’ or ‘G.NITE’ soaks, this had a zingy and uplifting scent (that’s similar to tiger balm) that helped reawaken my senses and find some extra fuel in the tank after a long day at work and tough workout at the gym. I’m a huge fan of the GOOP bath salts and fragrances; every scent is sophisticated, unique and well thought out but the packing of the bath soaks aren’t amazing.
